The dedicated ISP was specifically designed to improve nighttime videography, an aspect most smartphone cameras struggle with. The MariSilicon X NPU enables real-time RAW processing, improved color accuracy, more natural tones and an improvement in night video resolution. Needless to say, this technology will compete with Samsung’s “Nightography” mode, which chooses the optimal frame rate to capture as much light and detail as possible in low-light conditions.

The screen is a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with QHD+ resolution (3,216×1,440 pixels), an adaptive refresh of 120Hz 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It has a 5,000mAh dual cell battery with 80W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. The same battery and charging specs were also seen on the OnePlus 10 pro.
The camera department is where the OPPO Find X5 Pro really shines. It features a 50MP main camera with dual OIS, a 50MP ultra wide-angle camera that supports 4cm macro photography, and a 13MP telephoto lens with 5x hybrid optical zoom. There’s a 32MP selfie. According to OPPO, the cameras can capture detailed 4K footage at night, while an “Ultra Dark Video” mode can capture images in “extremely low light”. Find the X5 series. OPPO’s flagships will benefit from a more natural color calibration, while the camera app will get the orange Hasselblad shutter button and XPan mode.

The smartphone downgrades from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 to the Snapdragon 888 and gets a smaller configuration of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The screen is a smaller 6.5-inch panel with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a non-adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. while wireless charging is slower at 30W.
